What We Offer

Full O&M Coverage

🔍

System Inspection

Full inspection of your panels, inverter, racking, wiring, and monitoring system. We identify issues before they become expensive failures.

Inverter Service & Repair

Inverter failure is the most common solar service issue. We diagnose, repair, or replace inverters from all major manufacturers — Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius, and more.

🧹

Panel Cleaning

Dirty panels lose 15–30% output. Our soft-wash cleaning service restores your system to full efficiency without damaging panels or voiding warranties.

🛡️

Critter Guard

If your system doesn't have critter guard, Illinois squirrels will find it eventually. We install perimeter protection to keep wildlife out of your wiring for good.

📊

Performance Monitoring

Is your system producing what it should? We review your system's output history, identify underperforming panels or strings, and fix the cause — not just the symptom.

🏗️

Removal & Reinstallation

Reroofing? We safely remove your panels, store them, and reinstall after your new roof is complete. We coordinate directly with your roofer.

Why It Matters

Your System Is Still Under Manufacturer Warranty.

Even if your installer closed, your equipment manufacturer warranties are still valid. Most solar panels carry 25-year product warranties. Inverters carry 10–25 years. Those don't go away when the installer does.

What you need is a NABCEP-certified local contractor who can document issues, file warranty claims on your behalf, and perform the physical service work. That's exactly what we do.

We've helped dozens of Illinois homeowners left behind by closed installers get their systems back to full production — and in many cases, get free replacement parts through manufacturer warranty programs.

FAQ

O&M Questions

My installer closed — who do I call for warranty work?
Call us. We're a NABCEP-certified Illinois contractor and can act as your authorized service provider. We document system issues, communicate with equipment manufacturers, file warranty claims, and perform the physical repair or replacement work.
How do I know if my system is underperforming?
Most monitoring apps will show you production data. Compare your current monthly output to what your original installer projected. If you're producing 15% or more below projection and your panels aren't shaded or dirty, something may be wrong. Call us for a system inspection.
Can you service a system you didn't install?
Absolutely — that's exactly what O&M services are for. We service systems from every major installer and equipment brand. We'll need to review your original installation documents, which we can help you track down if you've lost them.
What does an O&M inspection include?
Our standard inspection covers panel condition (cracks, soiling, delamination), mounting and racking integrity, electrical connections, inverter operation, monitoring system functionality, and critter damage assessment. You receive a written report with findings and recommendations.
How quickly can you respond?
For non-urgent inspections and maintenance, typically within 1–2 weeks. For urgent situations like a complete system outage or inverter failure, we prioritize same-week response across Illinois.
